The Journal of Human Capital Development (JHCD) utilizes the server of Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka and MyJurnal to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, which are permitted to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration (See UTeM's Archiving Policy,  MyJurnal)
