PEMULIHAN DIRI REMAJA HAMIL LUAR NIKAH MENERUSI PENDEKATAN PSIKOSPIRITUAL ISLAM DI PUSAT PEMULIHAN AKHLAK NEGERI SELANGOR (Self -Rehabilitation of Teenagers’ Premarital Pregnancy Through Islamic Psychospiritual Approach At Selangor State Moral Rehabilita

Abstract

Abstrak. Isu keterlibatan remaja dalam kes kehamilan luar nikah didapati meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Statistik jenis kesalahan di pemulihan akhlak remaja di Negeri Selangor mengemukakan sebanyak 27.1% remaja terlibat dengan keganasan, 48.6% terlibat dengan salah laku seks, 7.1% terlibat dengan salah guna dadah serta 17.1% terlibat dengan lain-lain masalah sosial. Data ini menunjukkan bahawa kategori kesalahan remaja dalam kes salah laku seks adalah yang tertinggi berbanding kes-kes kesalahan yang lain. Jumlah ini menjadi indikator bahawa isu penglibatan golongan remaja dalam kehamilan luar nikah ini perlu diberi perhatian serius khususnya dari aspek pemulihan. Kaedah pemulihan diri remaja menerusi pendekatan psikospiritual Islam didapati berupaya memulih sekaligus membentengi remaja daripada cenderung terjebak kembali melibatkan diri dalam gejala tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan mengemukakan dapatan kajian berkaitan pemulihan diri remaja hamil luar nikah menerusi pendekatan psikospiritual Islam yang diaplikasi di pusat pemulihan akhlak Negeri Selangor. Kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian kes. Data kajian diperolehi menerusi kaedah temubual separa struktur terhadap seorang pentadbir, seorang warden, seorang pegawai am di pusat pemulihan akhlak di Negeri Selangor serta tiga orang remaja hamil luar nikah. Kesemua informen kajian dipilih melalui kaedah persampelan bertujuan. Transkripsi temubual dianalisis untuk pembentukan tema dan sub tema. Dapatan kajian mengemukakan kaedah pemulihan diri menerusi pendekatan psikospiritual Islam yang dilaksanakan terhadap remaja hamil luar nikah di pusat pemilihan akhlak Negeri Selangor adalah penyuburan aspek akal, aspek kerohanian dan aspek emosi. Adalah diharapkan dapatan ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam usaha pemulihan akhlak remaja hamil luar nikah mendepani kehidupan hari ini.

Abstract.The issue of teenagers’ involvement in extramarital pregnancies cases was found to increase from year to year. Statistics on the types of offenses in teenagers’ moral rehabilitation in the State of Selangor shows that 27.1% of them involved in violence, 48.6% are involved in sexual misconduct, 7.1% involved with drug abuse and 17.1% in other social problems. These data indicate that the juvenile offense category in sexual misconduct is the highest compared to other offenses. This alarming number is an indicator that the issue of premarital pregnancy needs serious attention, especially from the aspect of rehabilitation. The method of self -rehabilitation for teenagers’ through the Islamic psychospiritual approach found to be effective for them to recover from the crisis as well as fortify teenagers’ from tending to be trapped again to engage in the symptoms. This article aims to present the findings of a study related to the self-rehabilitation of teenagers’ premarital pregnancy through the Islamic psychospiritual approach applied at the Selangor State moral rehabilitation center. This study is qualitative in nature with a case study design. Study data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with an administrator, warden and general officer at moral rehabilitation center in the State of Selangor and three teenagers’ premarital pregnancy. All study informants were selected through purposive sampling method. Interview transcripts were analyzed for theme and sub -theme formation. The finding of self-rehabilitation through Islamic psychospiritual approach applied on teenagers’ premarital pregnancy at the Selangor State Moral Rehabilitation Center proposes the nurturing of mental aspects, spiritual aspects and emotional aspects for their self-recovery. It is hoped that these findings can be utilized by the relevant parties that involved in the related effort, to restore the morals of teenagers’ premarital pregnancy to continue and face their future life meaningfully.
